Q. Do we need to empty our dresser drawers?

A. No, you may leave them full (just nothing breakable)

Q. Should we unhook our appliances?

A. Yes, insurance does not cover us to hook up any major appliances. We move appliance ‘as is’.

Q. Who takes off the mirrors on dressers and disassembles the beds?

A. If you can do it and want to save a little time and money, you can. Or we will be happy to do it for you.

Q. When is payment due?

A. At the completion of the move. We accept cash, credit and debit cards. No personal checks.

Q. Do you have a minimum amount of hours?

A. Yes, we have a 2 hr minimum (including the drive time) unless it is an in-house local move, then it can be a flat rate.

Q. Are we supposed to tip the movers?

A. That is your personal decision. If you feel the movers did a quality job, it is appreciated.

Q. Are there any surcharges or fees I don’t know about?

A. We have a minimal fuel surcharge on all moves. There are only surcharges on pool tables, pianos, and any single items over 200 lbs. Overtime is applied at time and half starting after 8 hrs.
